4:54am - My love & hate relationship with autocad

This is what happened:
MY PLAN IS 1 DEGREE OFF!!!!
1 degree is very important… because —-
I’ve got three major volumes in my site:
- The pizza wedge (main building)
- The housing skip stop
- The existing queen street brick strip
The edge of the pizza wedge is tilted 13 degrees to create a cut out street into the site. And I mimic the tilt in my housing skip stop as well.
And then when I was cadding my housing units… I realize the units are tilted 14 degrees instead of 13.
SO. Which means, everything that I have cadded in my wedge is now 1 degree off. And because it’s one degree off, everything fans out as it goes further in…
And this is also the reason why I’m still up at 5am, fixing my tilted drawing, and I have not finish cadding the 2/F and 3/F, and my daycare centre. Plus I`ve no perspective to show them. And no elevations.
And my landscapes are not done.
Sigh.
